The term SHG (Strictly High Grown) refers to the high altitude at which the beans mature, resulting in a slower growth process and allowing the flavors to deepen and develop more complexity. This coffee reflects the best of Chiapas: sweet, nutty, and delicately balanced with a mild citrus finish.
